1. Purpose of Data Processing

42K Kreatív Kft. (“Service Provider”) collects and processes personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling customer orders, providing customer support, and issuing invoices. Files uploaded to our website (such as PNG or JPG images) are used exclusively to produce the ordered product (e.g., printed t-shirt). These files are not shared with third parties and are permanently deleted within 30 days after the order is completed.

2. Scope of Data Processed

We process the following data: full name, e-mail address, shipping address, phone number, and uploaded design files. Payment details are handled by third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, Barion, etc.), and 42K Kreatív Kft. does not have access to these details.

3. Legal Basis for Data Processing

The legal basis for data processing is the customer’s consent and the necessity of processing for the performance of the sales contract, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679).

4. Data Sharing and Processors

Data is only shared with partners involved in the production and delivery process (such as printing and courier services), and only to the extent required for fulfilling the order. Data is never sold or used for marketing purposes without consent.

5. Customer Rights

Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data, restrict processing, and object to data use. Requests can be sent to polo@42k.hu and will be processed within 30 days.

6. Uploaded Files and Copyright

Customers may only upload images and designs for which they hold full rights or authorization. 42K Kreatív Kft. is not responsible for any copyright infringement resulting from user-submitted files. Uploaded files are used solely to fulfill the order and are not stored or reused in any other way.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, texts, and operational design are the intellectual property of 42K Kreatív Kft. and are protected by copyright law.
