- Is there a minimum order quantity?
We can make even 1 shirt for you, and if you need more, each can have different graphics or names without additional cost.
- How long does it take to make a custom-designed shirt?
Generally, it takes 6-9 days to complete an order, but if it’s urgent, please call us, and we will do everything to finish it earlier.
- Do you offer custom graphic design?
Of course! If you don’t have a ready graphic, let us know your idea, and we will help with the graphic creation.
- Can you print on shirts I provide?
Yes, we do, but we need to see the product first (usually a photo is enough) to check what kind of technique and how we can print it.
- What shirts/products can we print on?
We mainly print on technical and cotton t-shirts, hoodies, vests, jackets, gym bags, cotton shopping bags, arm warmers, caps, tubular scarves, visibility vests, sweatpants, and mugs. If you don’t see something in our product range, feel free to ask if we can source and print on it – the answer is likely yes!
- What kind of graphics do you need for printing?
The best option is always vector graphics (e.g., pdf, ai, eps, svg). If you don’t have that, a transparent PNG file will also work well. A high-resolution JPG file can also be fine. When you contact us by email and send your graphic, we’ll discuss if it’s suitable.
- Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, we ship nationwide with GLS courier to your address, or to a GLS parcel locker or pick-up point.
- How much is the shipping?
We charge 2,500 HUF for a typical package (up to about 10 shirts). If you order more, we will discuss the shipping cost during the order process.
- How can I pay?
By bank transfer, cash on delivery, or on-site payment (at our Pécel office) by cash or card.
- What happens if I’m not satisfied with the product?
Please contact us and we will discuss the problem. We provide a size chart for every product to ensure you choose the right size. If the graphic or product quality is the issue, we’ll find an immediate solution!
- Where can we print on a shirt?
With our printing technique, we print on ready-made shirts. We can print on the front of the shirt, starting with a small logo or text above the heart, up to an A3-sized (25×40 cm) graphic. We can also print on the back of the shirt, or on the sleeves (about 10×10 cm).
We cannot print on the entire surface of the shirt, and we cannot print near the seams. If you want a shirt with a full graphic print, you will need to look for a place where they print the full design on roll-fed, white fabric, which is then cut and sewn into the shirt.
